Don't Cry For Me...

...Argentina!!!   - Evita Peron

Today we arrived in the "Paris of South America" - Buenos Aires, Argentina!  This city is the capital of Argentina and also the most elegant and busy city of South America.  Lots of museums, art galleries, shops, large green parks, wide boulevards, clubs, and golf courses are on display around the city.....and, especially, outdoor cafes!

Our hotel is in a great location approximately 15-30 minutes walking to all shops and restaurants.....and only 2 minutes to a great full-service laundromat (much better than using the sink)!  The Pulitzer Hotel certainly reminds us of a Paris hotel.....'boutique' small with lots of snooty charm!  Tonight our evening was at leisure on our own....so we decided to take a stroll down to the waterfront (Puerto Madero).

This is the ritzy waterfront neighborhood.  Expensive shops, restaurants, and private residences.  It's a bit chillier here in Buenos Aires (50 degrees)....so Leonard is going to have to wear pants.  It took us quite a while to walk around the harbor, but it was a beautiful night in the city.  Jenesa needed a rest stop (before we returned to our hotel) as we crossed the riverfront pedestrian bridge.
